Welcome to Race IT Solution. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://raceitsolution.co.in and the services offered by RACE Of Advance Computing Education Pvt. Ltd. (operating as Race IT Solution, "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our website, enrolling in a program, or making a payment, you ("User", "Customer", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
By using our website or services, you also agree to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and service-related notifications, for registration, payment, support, operational, and account-related purposes.
1. About Us
Race IT Solution is a Gurugram-based technical training and workforce solutions company providing instructor-led training, workshops, internships, mentorship, live projects, and consultancy services to colleges, universities, corporates, and individual learners across India.
2. Services Offered
We provide educational and professional services including but not limited to:
- Technical training programs (online, offline, and hybrid)
- Industrial workshops and bootcamps for institutions and corporates
- Internship and mentorship programs
- Live project guidance and technical consultancy
- PhD research mentorship and academic support services
- Course materials, certificates, and related digital content where applicable
Specific deliverables, duration, fees, and schedules are communicated at the time of enrollment or through a formal proposal, invoice, or agreement.
3. Service Delivery
As we primarily deliver digital and service-based offerings:
- Online programs: Access credentials, schedules, and learning materials are shared via email, LMS, or agreed communication channels within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment and enrollment.
- On-campus / corporate workshops: Delivery dates and logistics are confirmed in writing prior to the program. Our team coordinates with the institution or client for venue, batch size, and technical requirements.
- Internships & mentorship: Assignment of mentors, project timelines, and review schedules are shared upon onboarding.
- Digital materials: Where applicable, certificates, recordings, or documents are delivered electronically within the timelines stated in the program description.
We are not a physical goods e-commerce business. No physical shipping of products applies unless explicitly stated for specific materials or merchandise.
4. Enrollment and Payments
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Payments may be made through our authorised payment gateway (Razorpay), bank transfer, UPI, or other methods displayed on our website.
- Payments processed through Razorpay are handled securely through the payment gateway and sensitive payment credentials such as card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, and banking details are not stored by the Company on its servers.
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or as per agreed institutional billing terms.
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
- We reserve the right to modify program fees for future batches. Fees already paid for confirmed enrollments will not be increased retrospectively.
- Where applicable, GST and other taxes will be charged in accordance with Indian law and reflected in invoices or receipts as required.
- We may suspend, withhold, or cancel enrollments, access, or services where a payment is found to be suspicious, disputed, reversed, unauthorized, or fraudulent, pending verification and resolution.

You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and communication.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not hack, scrape, reverse engineer, attempt unauthorized access to, or disrupt the operation, security, or availability of our website, systems, or services.
- Not share login credentials, course materials, or proprietary content with unauthorised parties.
- Not record, redistribute, or commercially exploit our training content without written permission.
- Maintain respectful conduct toward trainers, staff, and fellow participants.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, training materials, presentations, videos, documents, and proprietary methodologies are the intellectual property of Race IT Solution or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials solely for personal or institutional learning as permitted under your enrollment. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Certificates and Outcomes
Certificates of completion or participation are issued based on attendance, assessment criteria, and program requirements as defined for each course. We do not guarantee employment, placement, or specific academic outcomes unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review it before making a payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Race IT Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, platform failures, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, interruption, or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, internet outages, power failures, government actions, legal restrictions, strikes, labour disputes, civil unrest, war, or technical failures affecting systems, platforms, or third-party service providers.
During such events, our obligations may be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event and for a reasonable period needed to restore services.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team. If the matter is not resolved within 15 business days, either party may pursue resolution as follows:
- Good-faith negotiation between the parties for an additional 15 business days.
- Grievance redressal through our Grievance Officer (see Section 14).
- Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws that may provide alternate forums for consumers.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation.
