Refund & Cancellation Policy
At RACE Of Advance Computing Education Pvt. Ltd. (operating as Race IT Solution), we are committed to transparent and fair refund and cancellation practices. This policy applies to all payments made through our website, payment links, Razorpay gateway, bank transfer, or UPI for training programs, workshops, internships, mentorship, and related services.
Refund processing timeline: Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and typically reflect in your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. In rare cases, card refunds may take up to 10 business days as per banking norms.
Please note that refund timelines may vary due to bank processing cycles, card network settlement times, payment provider dependencies, public holidays, or regulatory requirements.
To help prevent fraud and unauthorised refunds, we may request identity verification, payment verification, or supporting transaction details before processing a refund request.
For payments made through Razorpay, refunds are processed through the same payment gateway and remain subject to the applicable banking and settlement timelines of the issuing bank or payment network.
1. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To cancel an enrollment or request a refund, contact us with your full name, registered email, phone number, payment transaction ID, and reason for cancellation:
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate the eligibility and refund amount within 5 business days.
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility — Individual Programs
The following terms apply to individual learner enrollments (online courses, mentorship, internships, and similar programs):
2.1 Full Refund
A 100% refund is available if you cancel:
- Within 2 calendar days of payment, and
- Before accessing more than 20% of the course content, live sessions, or mentorship hours (whichever applies first).
2.2 Partial Refund
A 50% refund is available if you cancel:
- Within 5 calendar days of payment, and
- Before accessing more than 20% of the delivered program content or sessions.
2.3 No Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellation requested after 5 calendar days from the date of payment.
- Certificate of completion has already been issued.
- Access to more than 20% of the course content, live sessions, mentorship hours, or similar program components has been utilized.
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions, including misuse or unauthorised sharing of course materials.
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice, where recordings or alternate slots were made available.
2.4 No Refund for Registration fee
Registration, admission, enrollment, seat booking, and administrative charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Institutional & Corporate Programs
For college, university, and corporate training engagements governed by formal proposals, MOUs, or purchase orders:
- Cancellation and refund terms are as specified in the signed agreement or proposal.
- If no specific terms are stated, cancellations made 15 or more calendar days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund of advance payments.
- Cancellations made 7–14 calendar days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund of advance payments.
- Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the start date are non-refundable, except where rescheduling is mutually agreed in writing.
4. Program Cancellation by Race IT Solution
If we cancel or postpone a program due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or other operational reasons:
- You may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost.
- Refunds for company-initiated cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
If you are charged twice for the same transaction or make an erroneous payment, contact us within 7 calendar days with proof of payment. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
6. Refund Method
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- For UPI, net banking, and card payments via Razorpay, refunds are routed through the same gateway.
- For direct bank transfers, refunds are made to the sender's bank account after verification of account details.
- We do not provide cash refunds.
7. Non-Refundable Components
The following may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated:
- Third-party examination or certification fees already paid on your behalf.
- Custom-developed materials or dedicated resource allocation for bespoke corporate programs after work has commenced.
- Payment gateway or bank processing charges, where applicable and permitted by law.
8. No Guarantee of placement
Fees paid for training programs are for educational services only and do not guarantee employment, internship, salary package, interviews, or job placement. Refund requests based on placement outcomes shall not be entertained.
9.Batch Transfer Clause
Students may request one batch transfer subject to seat availability. Batch transfer requests do not qualify for refunds.
10.EMI / Finance Partner Clause
Where fees are financed through third-party lending or EMI partners, refunds shall be governed by both this policy and the applicable finance partner terms.
11.Force Majeure Protection
The Company shall not be liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, pandemics, strikes, or similar circumstances.
12.Recording Access Clause
Access to recorded sessions, downloadable resources, source code, assignments, templates, study materials, or digital assets shall be deemed as content access for refund eligibility calculations.
13.Company Protection Against Misuse
Any abusive behaviour, defamation, threats, harassment, chargeback abuse, or misuse of company resources may result in immediate suspension of services without refund.
14.Most Important Clause**
Once login credentials, LMS access, course materials, source code, recorded lectures, project files, or digital resources have been delivered, the Company reserves the right to deny refund requests where substantial educational value has already been provided.
15.legal Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana and maybe in future will change based on the requirement.
16. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of services and account access while the dispute is investigated.
17. Consumer Rights
This policy is designed in alignment with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Consumers may approach the appropriate consumer forum for unresolved disputes.
